SMOTHERS, MR. IRVIN R. - Funeral services for Mr. Irvin R. Smothers, age 84 years, residing at 6123 Randolph, Pinecaste. who died Thursday, will be held in the Carey Hand Chapel Saturday at 10 a.m. wilh the Rev. Walter Clyde Lanier officiating. The Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Mr. Smother formerly employed by the City of Orlando, was a member of Miller Memorial Baptist Church. He is survived by sons Hubert, Orlando Lee, Camden. Tenn., Floyd, and Fred Smothers of Apopka: daughters, Mrs. Hershel Arnold. Orlando, Mrs. Erie Baldwin, Winter Garden; brothers, Marvin. Vicksburg, Miss., Connie Smothers, Holladay. Tenn.; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Franklin-Cole Funeral Directors. Carey Hand Chapel, 36 West Pine Street are in charge of arrangements.⁵
