Ray Norwood Ray Norwood (July 27, 1960 - January 18, 2015)
Mr. Ray Linwood Norwood, 54, of Union City passed away 8:50
a.m. Sunday, January 18, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital
in Union City. Funeral services for Mr. Norwood will be
conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston
Mosley Funeral Home. Michael Edwards will officiate. Burial
will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery near Natchez Trace.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home
from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be family and friends. Mr. Norwood was
born July 27, 1960, in Roanoke, Virginia, son of the late
Raymond Eureka and Opal (Cable) Norwood. He is survived by
his sister, Kathy Yates; two nieces, Jennifer Yates and
Julie Leath and his nephew, Jonathan Yates all of Union
City. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Ann
Norwood.2
