MRS CHARLOTTE RUDD Peacefully Passed Away Tuesday Evening. Mr Charlotte Rudd who had been so Invalid many year but who was taken worse two week ago, and 6o Monday suttalned a shock, died at her home on Union atreet Tuesday evening. Mr Itudd wa born Aug. 6, 1810, in Genesee, N. Y., coming to Bennington when 10 years of age and has lived here ever since. Her maiden name was Hamilton. Deceased leaves three sons, Dwlght, Chauncey and Henry, and two daughter, Miss Minnie and Mis Harriet James of North lVteraburg, N. Y. and ten grandchildren living In various states of the Union, only one of them, Harold, Infant son of Mr and Mr Dwlght Itudd being in Hennlntrton. Mrs Rudd was a woman of good In telligence and lirmlud wa bright' and active until a few hour before ' herdoHtli. kibe was a kind, omluble . wnmsn and one whom many wcrede-i lighted to call mother.
