HURT IN LEAP
BRUCETON, Tenn., Nov. 8. (Spl) G. W. Hoy of the Pleasant
Hill community is suffering from injuries received Saturday
night when driving home from Hollow Rock while ill. Leaping
from the wagon as it went over a seven-foot embankment, Mr.
Hoy suffered injuries about his face and lacerations on his
arms and legs. He was ill and lying flat in the wagon when
realizing his team had left the road he jumped as the
horses plunged over the embankment.3
