T. M. Buter, Sr., was found dead in bed on the morning of
October 12th, at the family residence in Union Valley. He
was about 70 years old, and presumably die of old age. He
was the father of T. M. Butler, Jr., and of Newton Butler
and also leaves a widow to morn the loss of an upright,
devoted and affectionate husband and father. The funeral
occurred on Friday, October 13th.2
