Services for Mrs. Kate Nolen Kee, 71, of Spring Creek, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at George A. Smith and Sons Main Street Chapel with the Rev. Elmer Cole officiating. Burial will be in Ridgecrest Cemetery. Mrs. Kee, widow of Loy Kenneth Kee, died this morning at Ridgewood Health Care Center in Milan after a short illness. She was born in Carroll County, daughter of the late A. 0. and Judy Hilliard Thomas, had lived the past 45 years in Madison County and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Carroll County. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Danita Kee Hawkins of Spring Creek; a son, Bobby Gene Nolen of Nashville; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Billy Thomas, Jere Esch, Larry Lewis, Bobby Terry Rogers, Russ Rogers, Lemuel Longmire and Troy Horn.⁶
