Norwood services
Funeral services for Lynn Edward Norwood, 798-3rd NW, will
be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, in Bright- Holland
Funeral Home Chapel with Elmer L'Roy and the Rev. Glynn
Vickers officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 8 to 9 p.m. Wednesday
at the funeral home. Mr. Norwood died Monday, Jan. 28, at
his home. He was born June 13, 1911, in Arkansas, a son of
Charlie and Callie Robinson Norwood. He married Margie
Hodge on Feb. 5,1945, in Texarkana, Ark. He was a retired
auto mechanic and served in the U. S. Army during World War
II. Surviving are his wife, two daughters, Jo Nell Amos of
Bogata and Mary Lynn Crouch of Mesquite; six grandchildren;
seven great- grandchildren.1
