Hinton H. Mitchell fought with the 49th Tennessee Infantry CSA.

Hinton Mitchell died last Sunday. He was about 80 years of age, and bad been an invalid for a long while. - The interment will take place at Cross Roads Cemetery today. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Mr. Joyner, pastor of that church. All extend sympathy to the bereaved family.¹
