This day Micajah Pinkston suggested to the Court that Lydia Pinkston a resident of said County is a lunatic, and moved the Court that a jury be summoned to inquire, as to the said lunacy. Whereupon it is ordered by the Court thst the Sheriff summons twelve freeholders of said County who after being duly sworn shall proceed to examine by inquisition, whether the said Lydia Plnkston be a lunatic or not, and also what money or ef fects either personal or real, the said Lydia is possessed of & that report to the next term of this Court.
