Vivian Oxford Bond, 96, retired
BRUCETON - Services for Vivian Oxford Bond, 96, will be at
2 p.m. Wednesday at Bruceton Funeral Home. Burial will be
in Hebron Cemetery near Bruceton. Mrs. Bond, a retired
seamstress for H.I.S. Co. Inc., died Monday at Baptist
Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon of heart disease. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Franklink Bond Sr.
She is survived by four daughters and four sons, Jewel
Thomas, Ovie Bonkowski and Travis Bond, all of Huntingdon,
William Roberts of Hendersonville, Ruth Bennett of
Nashville, Charles Bond and Paul Bond, both of Bruceton,
and Virgil Bond Jr. of Waterford, Mich.; and two sisters,
Estell Lynch of Camden and Marie Earp of Detroit. For more
