PARSONS Services for Richard B. Temple, 68, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Parsons Mortuary with the Rev. Paul Shell officiating. Burial will be in Parsons Memorial Gardens, Mr. Temple died early today at the Decatur County Hospital after a long illness. He was the son of the late Sam and Lena Temple of Maxin Mills, Ky. He was a Baptist and a retired construction worker. Surviving are his widow, Mrs Birdie Temple of Parsons; three sons, Richard Temple of Jackson, Billy Temple of Spokane, Wash., and Nathan Temple of Chicago; a stepson, Joe Nix of New Carlisle, Ind.; two daughters, Mrs. Agnes Johnson of Perry, Fla., and Mrs. Nancy Irvin of Champaigne, Ill.; two brothers, Forrest Temple of Eaton and Leonard Temple of Memphis; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.¹
