W. C. Sanders Rites Held At Huntingdon
HUNTINGDON. Tenn.. June 19 Funeral services were held at
2:30 o'clock p. m. today for W. C. Sanders, 69, local
business man, who died Thursday at his home on East Main
St, at the Huntingdon Church of Christ The pastor. E. Lacy
Porter, assisted by Elder Fred Chunn of Henry, conducted
the services. Interment at Jamison Cemetery, with Dilday
Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Sanders had been in bad health
for two years. He was a member of the Church of Christ, and
a former mail carrier out of the Westport office. Up until
he became unable to work, he was an employee of Welch Fruit
Co. He is survived only by his wife, Mrs. Carrie Sanders.4
