Bertha Opal Smothers

CAMDEN Services for Bertha Opal Smothers, 79, will be at 2 p.m. today at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Smothers, a homemaker, died Friday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She was married to the late John W. Smothers. They had four daughters, Marie Allen and Elva Hodge, both of Huntingdon, and Pauline Harwell and Bonnie Simpson, both of Camden. For more information, call Stockdale-Malln Funeral Home at 584-8282.¹
